As I have had the chance to hop into several different time slot sessions, I have had the opportunity to witness Anna teach men, women, all ages, pregnant, mums with bubs, and all fitness levels. I may hate exercise, but I do love the outdoors as it is my go-to for stress relief and rejuvenating. After starting pilates, I noticed improved balance and strength while on my mountain bike and snowboarding. The glutes now fire when I hike up hills now. Improving your core crosses over into many recreational exercises such as surfing, paddle boarding, running, and many more.
